My first advice is NEVER buy something when you don’t know what you’re getting. This is another junk site that tells you absolutely nothing about the product you will get for your money.
I suspect he’s selling an ad like that – you just get people to pay you £3 to buy an e-book that tells you how to make £3 selling it over and over.

Just think for a minute – if YOU had discovered a genuine and easy way to make money on ebay, would you be selling the details for 3 quid? You would have to be pretty stupid wouldnt you. You would keep it to yourself so there was no competition. Dont waste your 3 quid.

Sounds fishy to me. Besides, if it is delivered by email why is it going to take them up to three days? It takes about 10 seconds to send something email.
I’d keep my money if I were you. There are other good ways to make money on the internet like affiliate marketing and freelance jobs. Believe me, I’ve bought enough products before I finally figured out myself how to make money online (with no help from the products I bought).
I suggest you keep your money, but it’s totally up to you!

The CD/booklet may (or may not) contain email and web addresses of wholesale goods vendors (often theses are in China and will only ship by the container load) = many will have already been closed down for fraud and others may well no longer exist for other reasons, the rest will be in USA and all can be found using google (if you are really that interested) ..
You will also get a lot of ‘useful’ information and tools for selling on ebay (eg. for automated listings etc) = again it’s all available elsewhere (if you can be bothered to search for it)
However for £3, if you intend to sell on eBay in a big way, it will save you a bit of time, so could be seen as ‘value for money’ ..

Search on eBay instead of Google and you’ll find no end of these ‘opportunities’.
Re his feedback, bear in mind that most users leave feedback when the item arrives, not after they’ve given it a good try out (first impresions aren’t always accurate).
Also, UK sellers are no longer permitted to deliver items by email so you might well find that the listing gets removed anyway – that in itself shows just how little he knows about eBay, despite his claims.
